Dankie vir die resepte, ek gaan sommer vannaand al begin bak. Jy het nie vir my gese watter tipe brood masjien het jy nie. Kan jy dit dalk vir my aanstuur.

Thanks so much for you quick response to my email. I share you passion about bread. I was so shocked to hear about the ingredients in our "shop bread". Knowing that there are still people out there who are passionate about health and good natural food is awesome. Wish that Markus Farbinger could teach us how to make bread the way he does - I dont think he would courier bread to us daily to Pretoria!! Thanks I will definitely visit the Spar today and enquire about your flour and insist on them stocking it!

Thank you so much for your response. My friend & I will shoot out at lunch time to the nearest one of those Spars and buy some Eureka flour.

I have forwarded your email to a number of my friends and to the member of my running club who is the editor of our club magazine. All runners are health freaks I’m sure they will all be eager to get their hands on your products. One of our club members’ parents owns a Spar, I will also pass on your info to the two local Spars in our area. There must be 200 members in our club and they are all health fanatics, I’m sure the word will spread. I’m surprised that Woolworths (who are supposedly heath conscious) have not contacted you. Sooner or later they are bound to.

I sincerely hope that your products spread like wildfire. We are very much at the mercy of suppliers these days. It’s frightening to know that we trustingly buy foodstuff and we don’t even know it has been genetically tampered with - nor do we even have a choice in the matter.

It’s high time the government looked at legislation that protected its people – or at least ensured they were properly informed. Therefore hearing about your methods and products – is at least one glimmer of light in a pretty gloomy picture.

One of the attachments you sent me someone is holding a bread recipe book. Could you possibly tell me who the author is – or unless there is some other bread recipe book you could recommend.

I know it is very rude of me to ask - but is there any freely available bread recipe of any type you could send me to try this flour with. I realize I’m taking a huge liberty. This is purely for my own domestic use – I am not a baker, I am a draughtsman in an engineering company.

If I intend buying decent flour – I better find out how to use it properly. When ever I bake bread it usually comes out like a baksteen! I hope I haven’t offended you by asking.

DEAR MR STEYN – THANKYOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR PROMPT REPLY I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW HAPPY I AM TO READ THAT I AM ABLE TO GET YOUR FLOUR IN CAPE TOWN – I HAVE SEEN THAT TV PROGRAMME BEFORE AND I TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT THIS FANTASTIC FLOUR - BUT NEVER KNEW WHERE TO GET IT – APART FROM COMING ALL THE WAY TO SWELLENDAM.

Hello There,
I have just seen a wonderful documentry on the Tele on the subject of Wheat and in particular Stone Ground Wheat and the higher quality of loaf with a greater degree of nutrition you can get from it and in which your company produces.

I must admit that up till now I thought the bread my family and I were eating was ok and nutritious. Little did I know that it contained no nutritious value at all. My eyes have certainly been opened after watching the film and have purposed it that in future my family and I are going to eat a better quality bread made from better flour, where the goodness has not been killed off by chemicals etc.

Unfortunately I have not come across Eureka Stone Ground Flour up here in Johannesburg and if you can assist me with a name, address and phone number of a Stockist of your flour or even a Bakery that uses your flour up here, I would be most appreciative.

My final comment is, Keep up the excellent work guys for bringing a healthier way of life to us family guys!!
