Buy Sourdough
Culture

A glass jar containing Sourdough culture from Markus' family bakery officially mentioned in the year 1700. (hence we gave it the name MF 1700).

The culture will come complete with the instructions on how to nurture the sourdough and a recipe for a wheaten sourdough loaf. The sourdough can be perpetuated indefinitely given that the user will follow the instructions. The sourdough can also be used for other recipes.

Some tools may be necessary such as a thermometer and a scale to help the baking enthusiast in being successful.
