Our white bread flour is wonderfully tasty as the natural flavour is not hampered by the addition of bleach and other chemicals. None of the finer flours are extracted when the flour is milled which means a higher nutritional value than commercial flours as well as a better “baking quality”. This flour is ideal for scratch baking – this is when you bake with only water, salt, yeast and flour.
Our white bread flour is the equivalent to All purpose flour as it still contains all the finer cake flour.
